So yeah I've been AWOL on the journals, well I CBF'd about it. Anyways life's going smoothly at the moment, I'm having fun at my workplace as a Banquet Waiter at Concorde Hotel, with the most awesome boss and colleagues. My Industrial Attachment, thank fuck it was 2 months and it was a total fucken bore. Heck after my attachment ended at 7pm, I moonlighted at my part time job to get the extra income which is quite a tidy sum.
On the Training front, I'm having a blast doing Strongman Training with the guys of SG Titans, awesome bunch of guys especially Mr Goh "The Enforcer" Yeow Hui, he really gives you an awesome workout that you either flat out KO on the spot or KO on the way back with doing the Tyre Flips. The last session that I had trained with em, I got "upgraded" from the 180kg Tire to the 250kg Tire and had to do 2 sets of 10 Flips assisted, and my right thigh was swollen popping the tire on my thigh and start to rock it and then pushed it. And also I'm training at my school's Muay Thai Club and from last week we trained at Impact MMA Gym and also at the school hall, mostly did drills, light sparring and Body weight training.
Though on the academic front, I'm just looking forward for my course to end and start working and training Full time for 6 months before the Army calls me up and weight wise finally!! 52.1kg! Woots! Lean fucken muscles!! Though I need to gain more weight especially when I'm joining a competition, both Strongman and Muay Thai wise.

Achievement!!
Well just finished conquering the 180kg tyre flips yesterday during Strong Man Training, and I can see a definite improvement after my self imposed lay off from the trainings. Well during the lay of, I've been busy doing Romanian Deadlifts to strengthen my hammys and quads and also Leg and Squat presses. For the Romanian Deadlifts, I vary it from 55kg x 10 reps and a 60kg x 5 Reps and the training totally paid off.
Also did 2 Rounds of the Farmers/Log Walk with a 35kg x 2 so a total of 70kg which I managed to complete with a few stoppages due to my grip. The feeling of doing those exercises sort of sates my Primal and Innermost Rage that I'v
The Fat Issue
Ok so I got flak from !Near-Luvs-Toys (https://www.deviantart.com/near-luvs-toys) that I hurt a girl's feeling when I told said girl that she was Fta, dude, I'm not like shooting her down on her or anything but more of helping her in a way that will also improve her health. Well don't crucify me if I'm doing a noble cause of helping people to shed pounds and live a healthy and meaningful life for the long run.
I mean look at America, Obesity is at an alarming rate and I'm trying to do my part to help transform this girls who are fat into fit women. Heck I do respect Fat people who have the will and desire to shed those excess kilos and feel good later. Like the old adage, No Pain
My Current Physique and Workout
So I know you guys have been wondering about how I got my physique and here's the answers. And also Genetics play a part as well, if you are skinny and have hi metabolism you fall on the Ectomorph department like me, current weight atm is 51kg.
Meal Wise:
Have a protein heavy breakfast so that you will feel full.
Drink Plenty of Water.
And also divide meals into 6 small meals, so that it will promote weight loss.
Snacks, preferably snack on Fruits such as Watermelon, Apples, Pears and Bananas etc.
Post workout drink a litre carton of chocolate milk.
Though if you are lactose intolerant, have a litre carton of Soy Milk. (Warning excess
Warbringer May 19th
May 19th, Ventura, California native, the Thrash metal band, Warbringer destroyed the Substation. The gig went exceptionally well, Live sound wasn't too mudded and the crowd was awesome. I had a great opportunity going crazy with vocalist John Kevill whne they played their set, with the infamous I'm eyeing/watching you which we traded during their track, Abandoned By Time. A Band worth checking out there seeing that they have 2 albums under their belt.
