Well just finished conquering the 180kg tyre flips yesterday during Strong Man Training, and I can see a definite improvement after my self imposed lay off from the trainings. Well during the lay of, I've been busy doing Romanian Deadlifts to strengthen my hammys and quads and also Leg and Squat presses. For the Romanian Deadlifts, I vary it from 55kg x 10 reps and a 60kg x 5 Reps and the training totally paid off.

Also did 2 Rounds of the Farmers/Log Walk with a 35kg x 2 so a total of 70kg which I managed to complete with a few stoppages due to my grip. The feeling of doing those exercises sort of sates my Primal and Innermost Rage that I've kept and surpressed after all this years and when I vented it out by doing the exercises while hurling obsceneties and beastly cries to show em who's the boss.

Yeah I maybe skinny but damn can I flip a 180kg Tyre!! So guy, don't judge a book by it's cover, I maybe all skins and bones but damn, 180kg tyre flip is a fuckin achievement and a definite improvment from the last session which I couldn't lift at all. Hard work and Perseverance will totally pay off and also this kind of training it sorta trains me on the rigours of Army Life as well as Martial Arts, which I will be taking Muay Thai after I finish my Industrial Attachment!
