Last week I had the chance and privilege to attend to Burhan Skullbanger's aka Brader Bo (DJ for Ria 89.7FM's Vicious Volume) Bual Guitar Metal Matinee issue 5 at Fyeworkz Studios at Sims Ave. The Metal talkshow for that day was on the topic of Guitar Multi Effect's Processors and along the way, I also enquired about Drum Triggers which I had issues with because the drum kit that was provided was armed with Drum Triggers on the Main toms and Kick drum jacked into an Alessis Drum Module straight to the PA.
Nearing the end of the show apparently, Dethmute was a man short because the original vocalist could not attend and was hit by a high fever. Burhan did vocals on the 1st and 3rd Tracks on their set whereas I did Guest vocals on their 2nd track which was The Haunted cover of Bullet Hole. Seeing that it was a last minute thing, I volunteered myself much to the enjoyment of the crowd, got myself topless and improvised lyrics and do my own rendition of Bullet Hole, which was quite a blast. I totally got into the audience asses with my energy, stamina, heart and spirit.
The video which I uploaded at Facebook and then at Youtube garnered some good reviews about my stage presence though there was one hiccup with an Elitist Whore, (that part I do not want to continue because the shit that the guy said was fuckin uncalled for)but other than that it was Great and I circulated the vid to my other contacts in metal notably, Tuomas Saukkonen from Black Sun Aeon/Before The Dawn - "Aggressive Stuff and Well Improvised" performance, Kimmo Kuusniemi from Sarcofagus and also Director of the Finnish Metal Documentary, Promised Land Of Heavy Metal and numerous others notably Brian Fair from Shadows Fall as well as Antony Hamalainen from Nightrage. Peter Dolving from The Haunted himself really digged my performance. Pays off living Your Dream and with that

Back From the Focken Dead!
So yeah I've been AWOL on the journals, well I CBF'd about it. Anyways life's going smoothly at the moment, I'm having fun at my workplace as a Banquet Waiter at Concorde Hotel, with the most awesome boss and colleagues. My Industrial Attachment, thank fuck it was 2 months and it was a total fucken bore. Heck after my attachment ended at 7pm, I moonlighted at my part time job to get the extra income which is quite a tidy sum. ;)
On the Training front, I'm having a blast doing Strongman Training with the guys of SG Titans, awesome bunch of guys especially Mr Goh "The Enforcer" Yeow Hui, he really gives you an awesome workout that you either f
Achievement!!
Well just finished conquering the 180kg tyre flips yesterday during Strong Man Training, and I can see a definite improvement after my self imposed lay off from the trainings. Well during the lay of, I've been busy doing Romanian Deadlifts to strengthen my hammys and quads and also Leg and Squat presses. For the Romanian Deadlifts, I vary it from 55kg x 10 reps and a 60kg x 5 Reps and the training totally paid off.
Also did 2 Rounds of the Farmers/Log Walk with a 35kg x 2 so a total of 70kg which I managed to complete with a few stoppages due to my grip. The feeling of doing those exercises sort of sates my Primal and Innermost Rage that I'v
The Fat Issue
Ok so I got flak from !Near-Luvs-Toys (https://www.deviantart.com/near-luvs-toys) that I hurt a girl's feeling when I told said girl that she was Fta, dude, I'm not like shooting her down on her or anything but more of helping her in a way that will also improve her health. Well don't crucify me if I'm doing a noble cause of helping people to shed pounds and live a healthy and meaningful life for the long run.
I mean look at America, Obesity is at an alarming rate and I'm trying to do my part to help transform this girls who are fat into fit women. Heck I do respect Fat people who have the will and desire to shed those excess kilos and feel good later. Like the old adage, No Pain
My Current Physique and Workout
So I know you guys have been wondering about how I got my physique and here's the answers. And also Genetics play a part as well, if you are skinny and have hi metabolism you fall on the Ectomorph department like me, current weight atm is 51kg.
Meal Wise:
Have a protein heavy breakfast so that you will feel full.
Drink Plenty of Water.
And also divide meals into 6 small meals, so that it will promote weight loss.
Snacks, preferably snack on Fruits such as Watermelon, Apples, Pears and Bananas etc.
Post workout drink a litre carton of chocolate milk.
Though if you are lactose intolerant, have a litre carton of Soy Milk. (Warning excess
