The cold morning breeze passes through and Gar has woken up from his slumber. "Same old stuff as usual" he breathed. Quickly he got up from his bed, fixed it up and went straight to the showers. Turning on the water faucets, hot water began spraying on his naked body, himself rejuvenated by the heat over the cold morning air. After shampooing and scrubbing his body, he rinsed himself and covered his lower regions and proceeded on to his bed room. "Luckily I ironed my uniform yesterday, or else I'll surely get fucked." he mused. As he worn the bottom half of his uniform which was a pair of black pants, Gar couldn't help but notice on his 8 pack abs on his abdomen. Quite possibly they were his pride and joy, all that hard work working his ass off at the gym and the surroundings.

You see before getting his washboard 8 pack abs, Gar was a scrawny teen who bordered in between anorexic, and due to the constant teasing that he got from his relatives, he willed himself to pack on weight and muscle, the latter was easy just that the former, well let's just say that being an ectomorph you burn food like a Ferrari. So Gar had a planned though, seeing that he needed to gain weight, why not eat the food that he loves to eat? And so began Gar's quest to gain weight. For his breakfast, he would eat a big bowl of chicken porridge and after that a plate of his own Buttered Scrambled Egg Wholemeal sandwich that he cooked up. As he is going to school, he usually would bring 3 pieces of Apples or Pears depending on what his mum would stock up during Grocery Day.

While in school though, with the help of the weekly Meal tokens that he received from the school due to his Financial difficulties plus also the pay that he got working as a part time Banquet Waiter at a hotel, it will usually consist of 1 big bowl of Stewed Beef Ban Mian which he uses his meal token and then buy 6 slices of Watermelon and 4 pieces of Bananas. And if he's like working out he also buys a pair of 1L Chocolate Milk cartons, a pair of Garlic Baguette and also Padang rice which consists of Beef rendang, Spicy Tofu Bits, Beancurd and Fried Egg.

While some might baulk at the sheer size, for Gar in his own words, "You see this foods, you may think that I may have not eaten for a lifetime, but I assure you, due to my Hi Metabolism, those foods are important for me on my journey of gaining weight healthily." Plus also the fact that Gar usually drinks Plain Water as well as being a Non Smoker, he's on the right track.

As he changes in his PE Gear, Gar asks the coach, "Excuse me sir, can I have the permission to use the school gym?" with a look of promise.

The coach's answer gave Gar a look of Pride, "Yeah, you can use the gym."

"Thank You Sir very much."

"Just remember to bring your towel along Gar."

As with that he quickly raced his ass towards the school gym and he met a few familiar faces. "So Gar, working out as usual eh?" asked Victor Stone, the Gym's resident guy who is on his Industrial Attachment at the school gym due to his course being Fitness Training.

"Yeah Vic, gonna work on my legs as usual especially them calves, can't be looking too much of a Top Heavy Chicken legs kinda guy if you get my drift."

"Yeah, I get you, anyways as usual sign in please on the book."

"Ok, thanks a lot bro."

As with that Gar warms up on the Bike Machine. "Hmm, Distance or Timing?" he pondered. "Oh well, Distance it is." And with that he set his distance on 4.5km. After the hard cycle which he clocked on 6:30 minutes, he proceeded on a 500m Row. "Damn that felt good"
